Meal Program

Each weekday we serve breakfast at 8:15 am (open to the community) and again at 10:00 am to accommodate the class schedules of our students. We serve lunch at noon, open to the community and students as well. Both meals are hot and nutritious, prepared in our commercial grade kitchen by our Chef and kitchen aides. Menus are developed with the preferences of our clients in mind; a typical lunch includes: a protein entrée (chicken, beef, or fish), fresh vegetable, starch, salad, dessert, and beverage.
