Course Description

Students learn to make tables and spreadsheets using Microsoft Excel. They learn how to create, format, maintain and enhance a worksheet, maintain workbooks, move data within and between workbooks, use auto sum, auto fill, develop formulas, and simple function to do calculations. They also learn how to format text data, as well as numbers and dates, page setup for margins; print repeating titles, headers and footers, orientation and scaling.

Learning Outcomes

At the completion of this course students will be able to effectively use basic Excel skills in the workplace.
Students will be given a certificate upon completion of this course.
This course is designed to prepare students for Microsoft Excel Level II (intermediate).
